Signing up for a Library Card
Hello and welcome to the Colebrook Public Library!
If you are looking for a library card, please call or email [email protected] with the following information:
Borrowing Privileges:
All Colebrook Residents and taxpayers are entitled to a free library card. Applicants must show proof of residency. A post office box is not acceptable proof.
Columbia and Clarksville, NH and Lemington, and Brunswick, VT resident memberships are provided by those towns.
Non residents may purchase a yearly membership for $25.00.
Children may get their own card at age 12 or under the age of 12 with parental consent. Parents take full responsibility for all fines, damage fees, and choices of items on their child's card. See the "HOW EXCITING...YOUR OWN LIBRARY CARD!" pamphlet for an explanation of responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITY & PRIVACY COME WITH A LIBRARY CARD
The library follows RSA 201-D: 11 which basically says that ALL PATRONS, regardless of age, who have a valid library card, also have the right to COMPLETE privacy of their borrowing records.

- Driver's License Number
